No. We operate exclusively mobile, delivering every session directly to your home, office, or private gym for maximum convenience and privacy.

Your first appointment includes a full mobility and movement assessment, posture review, and customized plan designed around your body, lifestyle, and long-term goals.

Wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows movement similar to what you’d wear for yoga or light training.

Each session blends precision stretching, mobility enhancement, targeted release techniques, and curated tools to optimize how your body moves and recovers.

Concierge sessions are 60 minutes long. Longer, advanced sessions are available by request.

No. The Stretch Concierge does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Our work focuses on mobility enhancement, functional movement, and precision-based stretching to improve how your body operates day to day.

That depends on your goals. Some clients require 1–2 times a week for maintenance, while others book more frequently for recovery, stress relief, or athletic performance.

We currently serve Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale. We only offer mobile options so you can be in the comfort of your home and have more of a private setting for you experience.

All Stretch Pro specialists are NASM-certified professionals with advanced training in mobility science, body mechanics, and injury-prevention principles. Each specialist holds a background in biomechanics to ensure precise, intentional movement work.
