Refund/Cancellation Policy:

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Full payment is required to confirm the appointment.

Payments are nonrefundable for all sessions and memberships. 

Memberships may be canceled with notice prior to the next billing cycle. Once a payment has been completed, refunds are not available. Clients are responsible for managing and monitoring their billing cycle date.

Your specialist will arrive with all necessary equipment for your session. To ensure a smooth and effective experience, please prepare a suitable space in advance. The space should comfortably fit a therapy table (approximately the size of a twin bed). Please allow enough room on both sides of the table for free movement. A nearby power outlet is recommended to support equipment setup. Creating an open, calm environment allows us to deliver the highest level of care and comfort.

Cancellation Policy:

24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will receive one session credit, valid for one month from the date of the missed appointment. The session may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in full use of the session credit, as the time was reserved specifically for you. The session will be counted toward sessions remaining.

No Show / Last-Minute Cancellations: No-shows or cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment will result in full session credit being used. A $30 late cancellation fee, required to be paid in full prior to the next appointment. This policy is in place due to the inability to fill last-minute openings.

Emergency Cancellations: If an emergency arises, please notify us as soon as possible. We are willing to offer rescheduling options based on availability.

Travel: Travel 30 mile radius for free 
31-50 miles $75 charge
