Refund/Cancellation Policy:

​24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the session.

Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the session fee, as the time has been reserved specifically for you.

No Show / Last-Minute Cancellations: No-show clients or cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment will incur the full 100% session charge. This is due to the inability to fill the time slot at the last minute.

Emergency Cancellations: If an emergency arises, please notify us as soon as possible. We are willing to offer rescheduling options based on availability.
