Cancellation Policy

Zoom consultations are brief, private calls designed to review your application, discuss your goals, and determine next steps. This is not a treatment session. Consultations are 30 minutes and begin promptly. Please join on time from a quiet, private space using the Zoom link provided after booking. Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in a shortened or forfeited session. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Missed calls without notice may limit future booking availability. Professional, respectful, and polite communication is expected at all times. Rude, aggressive, or unpleasant behavior toward staff will result in immediate termination of the consultation and may lead to denial of service. Acceptance into services is based on alignment, availability, and scope of care and is not guaranteed.
