Stretch Pro and its team members are not liable for any damage, personal injury, or loss resulting from unforeseen circumstances, client negligence, or factors beyond our reasonable control. Clients are encouraged to disclose any existing health conditions or physical concerns before participating in any stretching sessions.

2. Stretching Services and Assumption of Risk

Stretching and mobility services may involve guided movement and physical manipulation. By participating in our services, you acknowledge the inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, minor injuries, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions. Clients voluntarily assume all such risks and release Stretch Pro from liability for any resulting injury or discomfort.

3. Use of Equipment and Tools

In some sessions, professional tools such as mats, straps, or massage devices may be used. While we take precautions to ensure the safety and hygiene of all equipment, Stretch Pro is not responsible for adverse reactions or injuries related to the use of these tools. Clients should notify us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or concerns in advance.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide a safe and accessible space for sessions (for in-home services), wear appropriate attire, and disclose any health concerns that may affect their participation. Failure to do so may result in the rescheduling or cancellation of the appointment for safety reasons.

5. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

Clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly cancel or fail to attend scheduled sessions.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

7. Modifications to Terms
